Emma Tudor
Emma is an experienced Psychologist who spent the last couple of years working the Department of Education as a School Counsellor.
She will be working with children from 5, adolescents, young adults up to the age of 20, NDIS, Parents and Families, Foster/Carer/OOHC.
Emma offers assessment and treatment for a range of psychological concerns including:
- Stress management
- Anxiety - including generalised worry, phobias, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, and panic
- Depression - including low mood
- Eating disorders
- Intellectual disabilities
- Aggression and Disruptive Behaviours
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Eating Disorder and Body image
- Attachment difficulties
- ADD and ADHD
- OCD
- Grief / Loss and other life transitions
- Self development
- Various child based programs such as Cool Kids and Chilled anxiety programs, Storm Birds (Change, loss during natural disasters), Season for Growth
- Assessment and testing: WPPSI_IV, WISC-5, Adaptive Functioning
- Assessments: ABAS, Vineland-3. Depression and Anxiety
- Assessments: DASS, RCADS.
- Behaviour Assessments: Conner's, BASC, SDQ, Achenbach
Modalities of Therapy: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology (PP), Interpersonal Therapy (IP).
