Emma Tudor

Emma is an experienced Psychologist who spent the last couple of years working the Department of Education as a School Counsellor.
She will be working with children from 5, adolescents, young adults up to the age of 20, NDIS, Parents and Families, Foster/Carer/OOHC.

Emma offers assessment and treatment for a range of psychological concerns including:

  • Stress management
  • Anxiety - including generalised worry, phobias, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, and panic
  • Depression - including low mood
  • Eating disorders
  • Intellectual disabilities
  • Aggression and Disruptive Behaviours
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Eating Disorder and Body image
  • Attachment difficulties
  • ADD and ADHD
  • OCD
  • Grief / Loss and other life transitions
  • Self development
  • Various child based programs such as Cool Kids and Chilled anxiety programs, Storm Birds (Change, loss during natural disasters), Season for Growth
  • Assessment and testing: WPPSI_IV, WISC-5, Adaptive Functioning
  • Assessments: ABAS, Vineland-3. Depression and Anxiety
  • Assessments: DASS, RCADS.
  • Behaviour Assessments: Conner's, BASC, SDQ, Achenbach

Modalities of Therapy: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology (PP), Interpersonal Therapy (IP).
